Returns & Refunds Policy – Wiley Buck Company
Thank you for shopping with Wiley Buck Company! We handcraft each natural soap bar with care in the Pacific Northwest. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we have the following policy:
- Return Window: We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at support@wileybuck.com with your order number and photos if needed.
- Eligible Returns: Only for unopened products in original condition (intact packaging, no damage). We do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used soaps due to hygiene and safety concerns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If your soap arrives damaged (broken in shipping) or has a manufacturing defect (rare, but e.g., wrong scent or color mismatch), we'll gladly offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit. Notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos— we'll cover return shipping and send a prepaid label if approved.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened/used soaps, custom/made-to-order items (if any), sale/final sale products, or items marked as non-returnable.

Refund Process:
- Refunds issued to original payment method (minus original shipping fees).
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Store credit available as an option for faster resolution.
- Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged (then we cover it).
- Exchanges: We may offer exchanges for unopened items (e.g., wrong scent chosen) if stock allows—contact us to check.
