We handcraft every bar of natural soap right here in La Grande, Oregon. Because we make small batches by hand and run this business alongside a full-time job, please read our shipping details carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).
- Most orders ship in 3–5 business days, but during busy periods (holidays, restocks, or personal schedule demands), it may take up to the full 7 days.
- We do not ship on weekends or the same day you order—please plan accordingly.
Shipping Methods & Rates (US Only for now) We currently ship within the continental United States via USPS First Class Package (for lighter orders) or USPS Priority Mail (for heavier or faster needs).
- Free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax).
- Orders under $50: Flat rate $6.50 (First Class) or $9.50 (Priority).
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time (including Canada & EU) due to customs/compliance complexity.
Estimated Delivery Times

- First Class: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Priority Mail: 1–3 business days after shipment
- These are carrier estimates—we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it. Track directly on usps.com.
Important Notes
- We pack orders carefully to protect your soaps during transit, but we are not liable for damage or loss once the package leaves our hands (file claims directly with USPS if needed).
- If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, etc.), we will refund the product cost minus original shipping fees; reshipping incurs a new shipping charge.
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, scent strength, or appearance are normal and not considered defects.
