Welcome to Wiley Buck Company ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of wileybuck.com (the "Site") and any purchases of our handcrafted natural soaps and related products.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site & Account You must be 18+ or have parental consent. Provide accurate information. We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

3. Orders & Payment All orders are offers; we accept/reject at discretion. Prices exclude taxes/shipping. Payments processed securely via Shopify. We may cancel orders due to errors, fraud, or unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery Shipping estimates are approximate. Title/risk passes upon shipment. We are not liable for carrier delays or lost packages (file claims with carrier).

5. Products & Disclaimers Our soaps are for external use only. Descriptions are for informational purposes; results vary. Patch test recommended. No therapeutic/medical claims. Products sold "as is" without warranties (express or implied) beyond those required by law.

6. Returns & Refunds See our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for details. Unopened items may be eligible within our window; opened/used soaps non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

7. Intellectual Property All content (logos, photos, designs—including deer/antler motifs), trademarks, and materials are owned by Wiley Buck Company. No unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms governed by Oregon law, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes resolved in courts of Union County, Oregon, or federal courts therein.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.
